As an adolescent I struggled with depression from trauma that occurred as a child. I was put on many different anti- depressants (SSRI's) creating more side-effect than benefits. Later in adulthood diagnosed with complex PTSD, I was suffering with severe panic attacks, physical pain, social anxiety, and disassociation disorder. I came to a point in my life when I knew I needed to get better for the sake of my mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing and went on a quest of self-healing.

Guided by my mentor Becky Devine of Bdevineonline.com, I have undergone profound transformation, through self-healing using ancient healing modalities and techniques Becky has taught me as well as other practices I have learned along my journey of expansion and healing. Releasing negative energies built up from trauma. I was able to ween myself off of a very high dose of medication with help from my doctor, no longer needing any medications. Bringing balance to my mind body and soul I had the ability to find the power to embody the person I was longing to find in myself.

I'm excited to share these tools I have learned with all that are ready to start their healing journey. We all have a miraculous ability to heal ourselves. I have so much faith and trust in this process and know I can help others the same way I was helped. Creating life-changing experiences for those that are ready to invest in themselves and commit to their healing. I look forward to helping as many people as possible to get the healing they need to live the life they deserve.
